i used to work 6pm to 6am shifts, nothing is more disappointing than being all hungry for a good sinner and the only option is breakfasts

I know that. When I worked the 0300/1200 shift I'd find myself at Jack In the Box several mornings a week because that seemed to be the only place I could get something other than breakfast food.

i wish my metabolism is slower, i can’t gain weight for the life of me literally, i’m deathly underweight at 96 pounds at age 16 while being 6 ft tall and i keep losing weight it really blows

Honestly. At 16 your body is going through a lot of changes, parts of you will blossom early, some may take a while, but your body is burning a lot to build you from an adolescent into an adult.
It'll slow down.
